Miguel Álvarez Acosta(1907-1996)

writer, general director of the INBA from 1954 to 1958; author of “La frontera plural”.
Identified by Horacio Flores Sánchez.
In 1956 he founded the Revista Bellas Artes and created the Escuela Superior de Artes Aplicadas at La Ciudadela.

José? Ángel Ceniceros(1900-1979)

politician and diplomat, Secretary of Public Education from 1952 to 1958.

Director and manager of the newspaper El Nacional, Secretario de Educación Pública from 1952 to 1958. The Ciudad Universitaria at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México was completed during his term as Secretary.
